Terms of service:
By engaging with Gribley Permaculture as a coaching client, I affirm the following:
I understand that this coaching program is a co-creative process — not a done-for-me service or a guaranteed outcome. I recognize that permaculture is about relationships — between plants, water, soil… and people. My level of engagement will shape the depth and direction of this work. The principle of designing from patterns to details applies here too: the big picture is mine to shape, and Luke is here to help make it actionable.
I understand that I have up to four months to complete my sessions unless we make other arrangements. This timeline helps keep momentum strong and supports progress on my land.
I commit to maintaining consistent, respectful communication throughout the program. I understand that Luke is a solo business owner, a father, and steward of his own land, and that while he strives to respond promptly, he may sometimes be fully offline due to travel, installations, family needs, or occasional time off. He will give advance notice when possible, and I agree to offer patience during those times.
I can expect email responses within 48 hours, and Voxer replies typically sooner during business hours. I understand that we’ll use text messaging only when necessary, and that phone calls will be scheduled intentionally to allow for preparation, focus, and effective communication.
If I need to reschedule a session, I will give as much advance notice as I reasonably can, and I trust that Gribley Permaculture will do the same.
I acknowledge that all materials provided to me — including maps, templates, resources, recordings, and documents — are the intellectual property of Gribley Permaculture and may not be shared, duplicated, or reused beyond the scope of my project without written permission. I grant Gribley Permaculture the right to share aspects of my project for his portfolio, teaching, and marketing. I trust that reasonable effort will be made to obscure identifying information and acknowledge that this anonymization may be imperfect. Any use of my personal drawings or designs will only happen with my explicit permission.
I understand that once the program begins, payments are non-refundable. That said, if an unexpected life event arises, I will reach out and trust that Luke will approach the situation with fairness and care.
I agree that I am fully responsible for my actions and decisions related to my land. I release Luke Costlow and Gribley Permaculture from liability for any outcomes — physical, financial, or otherwise — that may result from implementing ideas discussed in this program.
Finally, I commit to participating in this process with openness, mutual respect, and curiosity. If at any point it seems the fit isn’t right, I will engage in an honest and respectful conversation about how to move forward.
Let’s build something meaningful — together.
